Grant is an experienced project manager and landscape designer. Over the past 10 years, he has designed managed and installed a variety of public parks, trails, watercourse systems, and private development projects ranging from 200 acres to over 3,000-acre communities. His experience focuses on the parks, trails, and water systems serve as the core of the New Urbanism style community and neighborhood recreation and social interface. Grant has facilitated high level planning graphics, 3D models, and VR review processes to facilitate public engagement and team coordination for a wide range of projects. His skillset helps expedite project understanding and construction coordination. His experience on large master planned communities, watercourse systems, national and international religious projectshave honed his collaboration capabilities and software interface with civil engineers, architects, clients, general contractors, and specialized fabricators.
