EPG served as the prime design consultant for both the master planning and development of the construction documents for the City of Peoria’s second regional scale 85-acre park. The first phase included a comprehensive master planning process. Primary park features were planned to accommodate state and regional tournaments.

Key park elements include a six field pony league ball field complex with a large multipurpose turf infield area, restrooms, and concessions building; a four field soccer complex; a five-acre urban fishing lake; a three-cell dog park with splash pond; age-varied shade-covered playground areas; a splash pad plaza; a skate park; a community garden; and a network of pathways, promenades, and seating nodes.
